Terms of Use

This website (The Axiogenics Gen-V Academy eLearning Center – “LMS”), and all the materials provided on/in it, including all parts, versions, and derivatives of those materials, are provided for your private use and are protected under international intellectual property laws.

Additionally, Axiogenics LLC and your Axiogenics Partner Coach / Facilitator / Consultant make no promises pertaining to the appropriateness or effectiveness of these materials to produce any specific results.

Coaching and training are not therapy or clinical interventions. Your coach is not a licensed therapist. How and what you choose to share, engage, listen to, or apply what this program is about, the things you will learn, and the topics discussed with your coach are entirely up to you, as are the results and consequences thereof.

By accessing these materials, you agree to protect the intellectual property rights of Axiogenics, LLC, and to hold Axiogenics, LLC, its owners, principals, employees, and your Axiogenics Coach / Facilitator / Consultant harmless for how you use or apply these materials in your life or work.

You also agree to receive information from Axiogenics and/or your Axiogenics Coach related to this program, these materials, or other programs, services, and products that may be offered by Axiogenics.

Privacy:

This site does not collect, save, or share any personal information other than what is included on the registration form and what you provide in the various worksheets and forms within the program. Axiogenics does not sell or share your personal information to any third party other than your Axiogenics Coach / Facilitator / Consultant and those third-party service providers needed to deliver these services to you.   

Membership and Membership Fees

The Axiogenics Gen-V Academy (this website) now operates on a Membership model. Axiogenics reserves the right to modify Membership Terms, Fees, and Payment plans at any time. While currently, there is no fee or any specific expiration date as a user, Axiogenics may institute or modify Membership Fees and Payment Plans in the future. Notification of such will be provided via email in advance, and you have the option to cancel your membership at any time. Failure to maintain a valid membership for any reason may result in a loss of access to the Academy. 

You acknowledge that by accepting these terms and accessing this and other Axiogenics websites, you hold Axiogenics and its affiliates, including third-party service providers, harmless from and perceived or actual damages arising from how you use the system and services or for how your information is used to provide these services to you. You also acknowledge that you have read and now accept our complete GDPR Privacy Statement.
