This website (The Axiogenics eLearning Center) and all other Axiogenics-owned websites, and all the materials provided on or from those websites, including all versions of those materials, are provided for your private use and are protected under international intellectual property laws.
Additionally, Axiogenics, LLC and your Axiogenics Coach / Facilitator / Consultant make no promises pertaining to the appropriateness or effectiveness of these materials to produce any specific results.
By accessing these materials you agree to protect the intellectual property rights of Axiogenics, LLC and to hold Axiogenics, LLC, its principles and employees, and your Axiogenics Coach / Facilitator / Consultant harmless for how you use or apply these materials in your life.
You also agree to receive information from Axiogenics and/or your Axiogenics coach related to this program, these materials, or other programs, services, and products that may be offered by Axiogenics or your coach.
If you are registering for the Axiogenics Partner Coach Training and Certification program, you also acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to all terms and conditions explained on our website related to the same and that you understand a separate written agreement applies to those stipulations.
Refunds for Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from your group program or coach training two or more weeks before the program start date, a full refund will be made. For withdrawals within 2 weeks, but more than 1 week, a 75% refund will be made. For withdrawals within 1 week, a 50% refund will be made. Once your group program or coach training begins, fees for that program are non-refundable. Any non-refunded amounts can be applied to any future program or training within one year. Exceptions can be discussed for extenuating circumstances.
Privacy:
Axiogenics does not sell or share your information to any third party other than the Axiogenics Coach / Facilitator / Consultant named on the registration form or subsequently provided by you as a change, plus any other persons organizations that have a role in delivering the services for which you are signing up.
Your first 4 months of access and "membership" to the Axiogenics Gen-V Academy and the program materials are included in the fees.
